While we welcome individuals of all faith backgrounds, we place special emphasis on helping Catholic clients integrate their beliefs into the healing process. Our team currently includes therapists who work with individual adults, couples, and youth ages 12 and older. We offer counseling services in both English and Spanish. Selah is an Hebrew word that often is translated to mean “Pause and Reflect”. This is what we do.
