At Selah Professional Counselors, we value therapists who care deeply about their clients and see their job as a ministry. We believe that true healing involves the mind, body and soul and we seek to provide ethical psychotherapy that integrates the truths of Catholic teaching. We value a team of therapists who support one another and offer flexible options for achieving a work-life balance. We value continued learning and recognize that it can be easy to feel isolated as a therapist. Current benefits involve a monthly consultation group (paid time), supervision for provisionally licensed therapists, a retirement savings program, PTO hours, and a predictable pay schedule. We pay you when you see clients- not when the money comes in. Our office handles all the billing and intake processes, allowing you to prioritize see clients. We have an office in Woodridge and also offer the option of working from home with telehealth clients.

At this time, we need therapists who:

• Specializes (or is interested in being trained) in working with couples and/or children in addition to seeing individual adults

• Is able to build a caseload of at least 15 clients/week and can work at least 2 evenings and/or Saturday a week. At least 2 days must be in the office- additional time may be from home, seeing telehealth clients

• LCPC/LCSW preferred, but LSW/LCP considered.
