Therapist (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Selah Professional Counselors | Woodridge, IL | In-Person & Limited Telehealth
Selah Professional Counselors is an outpatient group practice providing thoughtful, compassionate mental health care rooted in a Catholic understanding of the human person. We believe in whole-person care, ethical clinical practice, and supporting therapists as both professionals and people.
We are currently seeking licensed or provisionally licensed therapists to join our team in full-time or part-time roles.
What This Role Includes
Outpatient psychotherapy in a supportive group practice
Consistent scheduling with evening/weekend availability
Strong administrative and billing support
Ongoing supervision and consultation
A collaborative, values-informed clinical culture
Schedule & Commitment
Part-time: Average of 15 client sessions/week plus required non-clinical hours. Minimum 3 shifts/week, including at least 2 evening or weekend shifts.
Full-time: Average of 25 client sessions/week plus required non-clinical hours. Minimum of 3 evening or weekend shifts.
Limited telehealth/work-from-home options may be available (not guaranteed)

Clinical Internship (Graduate Level)

Selah Professional Counselors is an outpatient group practice offering thoughtful, integrated mental health care rooted in a Catholic understanding of the human person. We approach therapy as accompaniment and value formation, ethical practice, and care for the whole person.
We are currently accepting applications for graduate-level clinical interns seeking a year-long internship in a supportive group practice setting.
Internship Overview
Outpatient clinical training under supervision
Experience in an established group practice
Ongoing individual and group supervision
Exposure to documentation, treatment planning, and professional practice
Schedule & Commitment
Minimum 12-month commitment required (academic-year-only placements not accepted)
At least 10 hours per week
3 consistent weekly shifts required
At least 2 shifts must include evenings and/or weekends
Limited telehealth options may be available (not guaranteed)
Qualifications
Current enrollment in a graduate counseling, social work, or related program
Eligible for internship placement through your academic program
Reliable, professional, and open to supervision and feedback
Respectful of Selah’s integrative, values-informed approach
(Interns of all backgrounds are welcome)
